it's for lazy pc users that want to use mods but don't want to learn how. that Bethesda thing is just like steam workshop, only it's given console users access to adding mods to the game. As an example - my Skyrim setup had 300+ mods installed. Major mods will likely be available from both and only a tiny, tiny number of worthwhile mods will be exclusive. It will be a similar relationship as Nexus has with the Skyim Workshop.
Nexus has a better mod browser than the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way does.
